Account Deletion
To request account deletion, email alexs.devgroup@gmail.com with the subject "RallyCue account deletion request" and the email address used for your account.
We will close the active account record where possible. Some records may be retained when needed for safety, dispute handling, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or audit integrity.
Safety
If a match, message, or player behavior creates a safety concern, contact support with the relevant Match Room, player name, date, and a short description. Emergency situations should be handled through local emergency services first.

RallyCue uses phone verification for launch access. If verification fails or your verified profile does not unlock the app, contact support with the phone number or email address used for your account.
