Depending on how you use RallyCue, we may collect:

• Account information such as phone number, email address if provided, sign-in status, and verification state.
• Player profile information such as display name, broad play area, skill level, play intent, and preferred courts.
• Weekly matching information such as availability windows, opt-in choices, match assignments, Match Room messages, logistics updates, and match results.
• Safety and trust information such as reports, blocks, account restrictions, verification state, support requests, and moderation records.
• Launch-list information submitted on this website, including email, preferred court area, skill level, verification preference, and optional comments.
• Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the app, such as authentication events, diagnostics, and abuse-prevention signals.

How We Use Information

We use RallyCue data to operate weekly tennis matching, keep Match Rooms private to participants, verify eligible beta players, maintain safety controls, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information and we do not use app data for third-party advertising.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to run RallyCue, such as with infrastructure providers that host authentication, database, app distribution, diagnostics, or support operations. Player-facing match information is limited to what is needed for a match, such as broad play area, agreed courts, schedule details, Match Room messages, and result status.

Location And Availability Privacy

RallyCue is designed around broad tennis coordination. The app should not expose exact home location, live location, full recurring availability, or private ranking internals to other players.

Retention And Deletion

We keep information while it is needed to operate RallyCue, preserve match and safety records, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing alexs.devgroup@gmail.com. Some safety, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained after account closure.

Children

The current RallyCue release is for adult players. Junior, guardian, paid coaching, and family-account workflows are not part of the first release.
